Even with thorough consideration, we completely understand that the size you ordered may not be the ideal fit for you. However, we want to inform you that we do not mass-produce our products, so all your orders are tailored specifically for you.
If you just placed your pre-order, please contact our customer support at email@example.com for any size exchange as soon as possible. We will do our very best to assist you with your request since all our pre-orders are not immediately available to ship out.
Unfortunately, we can no longer change the size of your pre-order once it’s processed and shipped out. But once received your pre-order, it is now subject to a return and exchange policy. Exchange requests should be done within 30 days of the order receipt, and email us about the size exchange. Please note that the product should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and the hygiene sticker is l in its original place. Although, our products may be limited and replacement may not be guaranteed. If this happens, we will gladly issue a refund when you return the product.
For returns, simply email us within 30 days of your order receipt, and we will issue you store credits or a full refund. Just ensure that abide by our return policy, and you will need to cover the shipping fees.
