Where is Virago Swim located? 

Virago Swim is based out of the United States. 

Why is my package still not tracking?

Most orders start to track within 24-72 business hours of being shipped. Our shipping labels are generated to aim to meet the estimated delivery date provided to you at checkout. If this timeframe has not yet passed, please continue to keep an eye on your tracking information. If the estimated delivery date has passed and there are still no scans on your package, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

What if my package was refused or undeliverable?

• We are unable to re-ship international orders that have been returned to sender. A refund will be issued once the package arrives back to our warehouse for returned to sender packages 

• If your package is unclaimed or is refused, you are responsible for any fees imposed on the shipment to return it back. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. For packages that are abandoned, no refund will be issued

What if my package is lost or stolen?

•  Virago Swim is not liable for lost or stolen packages

• We recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as your package states delivered and you're not able to locate it to file a missing package claim

Are duties and taxes refunded when I return?

Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable when your return is received and refunded. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly with your return information for further assistance

• Most responses are received within 24 hours (please allow up to 48 business hours, weekends excluded)
