Virago Swim International Return Policy

We want you to love every Virago Swim piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

International Returns:

• Return Deadline: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all vendor tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) attached. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use, such as makeup stains, deodorant, perfume, fibers, dust, or any other markings.
• Non-Refundable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and certain accessories (indicated on the product page) are not eligible for return.
• Packaging: Items must be returned in protective packaging (such as the original polybag or box) to prevent damage during transit.

International Returns:

• Virago Swim does not cover the cost of return shipping for orders outside the United States. Use an insured postal carrier and retain your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

• Prepaid duties and taxes forwarded to your local customs authority are non-refundable. You may contact your local customs office for further assistance in recovering these fees.

Processing Time: Most returns are processed within 10 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.
