Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN 

VIRAGO SWIM will gladly issue store credit or a full refund back to your original payment method for your returned suits. Simply let us know by emailing us at orders@viragoswim.com within 30 days of your initial order. Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

VIRAGO SWIM fully inspects all merchandise before delivery. Please note all hygiene stickers must be attached in original condition. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for store credit. 

Final approval on all returns is under the sole jurisdiction of VIRAGO SWIM. We reserve the right to reject any return that fails to fulfill our policy requirements. Rejected return will be sent back to the customer at their expense. In the case we identify an improper return pattern via electronic analysis, VIRAGO SWIM maintains the right to disallow or limit future transaction with involved clients. 

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Please send an email to orders@viragoswim.com including the exchange item with the new desired color or/and size. We will send you a Merchandise Return Form, making sure to account for all items you are sending back and include in your return package. Please note all hygiene stickers must be attached in original condition.

VIRAGO SWIM is NOT mass produced, so your new swimsuit is one of only a limited range. As our pieces are limited, availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. If this occurs, you will be issued store credit. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returns and exchanges must abide by our policy. 

Please note…

  • VIRAGO SWIM will gladly accept swimsuits that are unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. (no perfume, deodorant, make-makeup stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
  • Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Sale items may not be returned exchanged or redeemed for store credit at any time.

 

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return. Please allow 10 business days from when the return has reached our warehouse for us to process your exchange.

We suggest you insure the package via FedEx or U.S. Mail. Please make sure to save the shipping receipt for your records and tracking purposes. Only merchandise received can be processed.

VIRAGO SWIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued via the shipping provider.
